Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary family contact throughout the intake and case readiness process.
- Review intake documentation for completeness and accuracy.
- Coordinate insurance verification and authorization requirements with the appropriate departments.
- Maintain regular communication with families regarding intake progress, staffing updates, and anticipated timelines.
- Coordinate assessment scheduling with clinical staff.
- Track all intake activity within ClickUp, CentralReach, and other company systems.
- Ensure all required documents, consents, and intake forms are received prior to case readiness.
- Collaborate with recruiting, scheduling, and clinical teams to support timely client starts.
- Monitor case readiness status and escalate barriers or delays as needed.
- Assist with parent inquiries and direct clinical questions to the appropriate clinical team member.
- Participate in departmental meetings and maintain accurate reporting metrics.
- Minimum 1 year of healthcare, ABA, behavioral health, or medical intake experience preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Experience with insurance verification and authorizations preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with CentralReach, ClickUp, or similar systems preferred.
Salary : $22 - $28
