Location: Roselle, NJ

Hours: Mon-Fri 5pm-8pm

WonderWay ABA is seeking compassionate and motivated Behavior Technicians (BTs) to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with BCBA/LBAs to implement individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) across home, school, clinic, and community settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior reduction and skill acquisition programs developed by BCBA/LBAs

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, clinic, school, and community environments

• Collect, record, and monitor accurate client data to track progress and treatment effectiveness

• Assist BCBA/LBAs with parent and caregiver training on treatment plan implementation

• Maintain clear, professional communication with families, supervisors, and team members

• Respond promptly and professionally to client and family needs

• Complete additional tasks as assigned by supervising BCBA/LBA

Qualifications

• RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification within 90 days of employment

• Reliable transportation to travel to client locations

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred)

• Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality
