What You’ll Do:
- Assessments and write up treatment plans
- Supervise clients and RBTs
- Review client data to track progress and adjust plans as needed
- Coach and support families on how to follow treatment strategies at home
- Keep in regular contact with clients, families, and our clinical team
- Be responsive, supportive, and ready to help however you can
- BCBA certification (must have)
- Master’s degree in ABA or a related field
- At least 3 year of experience working with kids with autism (preferred)
- Comfortable using digital tools and video conferencing
- Great communication and time-management skills
- Able to stay organized and work independently
