Description and Responsibilities:
Responsible for the overall management of our properties, food services and security, with a focus on maintaining a
safe, clean and supportive community environment. Responsibilities will include ensuring appropriate and required
processes, procedures and related implementation of: facilities maintenance, custodial, security services, kitchen
services, preventative maintenance, capital improvements, emergency planning, space planning, rent collection,
lease management, fleet management, and procurement of related contractors. Directly supervise the department
supervisors that may include, but are not limited to: Housekeeper/Maintenance Supervisor, Security Supervisor, and 2 Kitchen
Supervisors. All responsibilities are implemented according to our mission and values and according to Agency
standards, including the trauma informed practices.

Requirements:
Associates degree or equivalent experience required.
A minimum of seven (7) years’ experience in residential facilities management, including cleaning standards and
safety requirements (OSHA.)
Minimum of five (5) years of related supervisory experience
Prior experience with creating and managing a budget(s)
Experience with vendor and contractor bidding and selection, and management of the related contracts
Experience writing and implementing policies & procedures, required
Experience with lease management required. Space planning experience is a plus
Previous experience with managing projects
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Previous experience in a non-profit is preferred
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with a diverse population
Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) skills
Must have strong multi-tasking skills and have a genuine service orientation
A valid driver’s license is required
Will be required to attend Domestic Violence Advocate (JARS) Training, post hire
Satisfactory child abuse, criminal and FBI clearances, required (expenses paid by WAA)
Schedule: FT, 40 hrs/week
Salary Range: $76,500 - $95,500, depending on experience along with a comprehensive and generous benefits package.
