CUT by Wolfgang Puck at the Beverly Wilshire is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Line Cook III to join our culinary team. This role is ideal for cooks who are passionate about high-quality ingredients, technique-driven execution, and working within a high-performing fine dining kitchen.
What You Will Do
Pay: First 9 months: $27.56 / hour (80% of contract rate)
Next 9 months: $31.00 / hour (90% of contract rate)

CUT by Wolfgang Puck at the Beverly Wilshire is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Line Cook III to join our culinary team. This role is ideal for cooks who are passionate about high-quality ingredients, technique-driven execution, and working within a high-performing fine dining kitchen.
What You Will Do
- Execute menu items with precision, consistency, and attention to detail
- Maintain the highest standards of food quality, sanitation, and safety
- Work collaboratively with the culinary team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Demonstrate professionalism, discipline, and pride in craftsmanship
- Support the culinary leadership team in upholding CUT and Wolfgang Puck Fine Dining Group standards
- Previous apprenticeship, cooking school, or culinary institute education preferred
- 2 years' experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant environment strongly preferred
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a desire to grow within a chef-driven kitchen
- Authorization to work in the United States
