What You’ll Do
- Clear, clean, and reset tables efficiently according to service standards
- Refill water, serve bread, and assist with beverage and coffee service
- Support servers with all aspects of table service and guest needs
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations and dining areas
- Restock supplies, glassware, china, ice, and condiments based on par levels
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including dining room setup and breakdown
- Retrieve, polish, and properly store service equipment
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and service procedures
- At least 2 years of experience as a Busser or similar restaurant support role
- Strong knowledge of dining room service standards
- Guest-focused mindset with a positive, professional attitude
- Ability to stay organized and calm in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand, lift, and move throughout the shift
