Essential Responsibilities
- Provide consistently professional, friendly, and attentive service
- Assist Front Servers throughout all stages of the dining experience
- Deliver food from the kitchen efficiently, accurately, and with proper presentation
- Clear, reset, and maintain tables according to fine dining standards
- Maintain full knowledge of menu items, ingredients, garnishes, and preparation methods
- Demonstrate working knowledge of beverage menus and current offerings
- Respond to guest inquiries in a courteous and informed manner
- Ensure side stations are fully stocked, clean, and organized
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support restaurant operations

Qualifications
Education
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 1 year of fine dining Back Server experience preferred
- Strong understanding of dining room service standards and flow
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Professional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Service-oriented mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm and effective in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, punctual, and team-focused
