Key Responsibilities
- Accurately run and deliver food from the kitchen to guest tables with efficiency and care
- Act as an expeditor by coordinating ticket timing and ensuring order accuracy before dishes leave the kitchen
- Maintain clear communication between chefs and service staff regarding modifications, pacing, and special requests
- Ensure all plates meet Spago presentation and quality standards prior to delivery
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of expo and service areas
- Support servers and kitchen team members to ensure smooth, coordinated service
- Anticipate guest and team needs in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a high-volume or fine dining restaurant preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure
- Team-oriented mindset with a sense of urgency and attention to detail
- Flexible schedule with availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
