Counter Sales Representative – Plumbing Supplies
Location: Medina, OH | Shift: Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM, NO WEEKENDS

Supply is looking for a sharp, customer-focused Plumbing Counter Sales Representative to join our team in Medina. What You’ll Do
Deliver Front-Line Service: Greet contractors, process will-call orders, handle cash/card transactions, and resolve returns or credits with a fast, positive attitude.
Consult & Recommend: Help trade pros find the exact fittings, tools, and supplies they need, cross-selling and highlighting current promotions along the way.
Build Quotes & Source Parts: Research product availability, build custom pricing quotes, and consult vendor literature to solve tricky technical orders.
Keep the Show Running: Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized lobby display while assisting with back-of-house warehouse tasks (receiving, stocking, shipping) whenever duty calls.
What We’re Looking For
Trade Expertise: Solid knowledge and hands-on experience in plumbing (with electrical or HVAC familiarity as a big bonus).
Customer-First Mindset: Natural communicator with prior sales or customer service experience and a calm, problem-solving attitude.
Tech-Savvy & Detail-Oriented: Comfortable navigating order entry systems and multitasking on a computer while helping customers.
Physical & Background Readiness: Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs (and occasionally up to 80 lbs), stand/move throughout the day, and pass background and drug screenings.
