Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Salesperson to join our team in Marion, OH. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and driving sales growth in the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the Marion, OH area.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings and presentations to showcase products and services.
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals and negotiate contracts.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in outside sales or a related field.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales goals.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
