Senior Graphic Designer

We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer (OKC - Onsite) who is exceptional with marketing and e-commerce design work to help contribute to our creative team. You’ll do photo editing, design for web, email, and social, help with packaging when needed, and support production by reviewing production-ready art created by production artists. You’ll also create infographics and product callouts that make product details easy to understand, and support influencer campaigns with strong, on-brand creative.

This job is on-site in Oklahoma City. No remote option.

Compensation

$60,000 - $70,000

Responsibilities

• Design assets for product listings, email campaigns, promotions, influencer campaigns, and social media.
• Create infographics, product callouts, comparison graphics, and instructional visuals that clearly communicate product features and benefits.
• Build and maintain templates that keep work consistent across channels.
• Edit and optimize product images for web and marketing use (retouching, cleanup, cropping, compositing, exports).
• Utilize professional product photography with generative tools for advanced compositing.
• Support packaging layouts and updates as needed.
• Review production files created by production artists, communicate revisions, and help ensure designs match production constraints.
• Relocate finalized production files to an organized, production-accessible location for easy use by the production team.
• Keep files organized and easy for production teams to access and use.
• Keep up with AI tools and platforms and apply them where they improve speed, quality, and consistency without sacrificing brand standards.
  
  

Qualifications

Requirements

• 5 years of professional design experience.
• Bachelor's degree required (or higher)
• Advanced Photoshop and Illustrator skills.
• Strong layout/typography and an eye for consistency.
• Strong visual communication skills, especially for infographics and product feature callouts.
• Organized, reliable, and fast without sacrificing quality.
• Able to collaborate with marketing and production teams and communicate clearly.

• Packaging/print experience.
• Klaviyo/Shopify familiarity.
• Light video editing.
• Experience with personalization/production art.
• Experience designing for influencer or paid social deliverables (creator assets, ad variants, story formats).
