After the classes, candidates moving forward will complete a final one-on-one interview by the end of the week, available in person or via Zoom. Then we make our decision on who receives the scholarship.

Responsibilities
- Obtain your real estate license after being selected for the program (we cover the cost)
- Commit to real estate as a full-time career, not a side job or backup plan
- Show up to classes, training, coaching sessions, and meetings with full engagement and preparation
- Prospect daily through outbound calls, follow-up, and lead generation activity
- Build and maintain relationships with clients from first contact through closing
- Represent yourself and Obvious Real Estate with professionalism, integrity, and accountability
- Be coachable, take direction, apply feedback, and continue improving every week
- Be present and active in the office Monday through Friday
- Full time commitment only — this is a career, not a side hustle
- Hungry, coachable, and willing to do what it takes to build something real
- No real estate license required to apply — you must be willing to obtain one after being selected
- Disciplined enough to show up consistently, follow a process, and trust the system
- Strong communicator who can build relationships, handle rejection, and keep moving forward
- Self-motivated with the drive to prospect, follow up, and generate business daily
