Role Summary
Grafik Apparel is looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team and help bring ideas to life across apparel, branding, and signage projects. This role goes beyond t-shirt graphics—you’ll work on everything from team gear to logos, business branding, and signage.
Success in this position means creating clean, production-ready artwork while balancing creativity with real-world application. You’ll play a key role in both the customer experience and the production process.

What You’ll Do
• Design custom apparel graphics for schools, teams, businesses, and events
• Create branding assets including logos, identity systems, and business graphics
• Design signage and large-format graphics (storefronts, window vinyl, banners, etc.)
• Prepare print-ready files for screen printing, DTF/DTG, embroidery, and signage production
• Build mockups and proofs for customer approval
• Collaborate with sales and production to ensure designs are accurate and efficient to produce
• Revise artwork based on feedback while keeping timelines tight
• Manage multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain organized files for repeat orders and long-term clients

• Artwork is clean, accurate, and production-ready with minimal revisions
• Proofs are turned around quickly (typically 1–2 business days)
• Strong understanding of how designs translate across apparel, branding, and signage
• Production team can execute jobs smoothly without artwork issues
• Customers feel confident and excited when reviewing proofs

Qualifications
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (required)
• Experience in graphic design (apparel, branding, or signage preferred)
• Strong understanding of vector artwork and file setup
• Ability to design with both creativity and production in mind
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic
