Role Description
- Design and produce high-converting visual assets across ecommerce, website, email, YouTube, and paid/organic social channels
- Create product-focused graphics including Amazon/Shopify listing images, infographics, and lifestyle composites that drive clicks and conversions
- Develop YouTube thumbnails that maximize click-through rate (CTR), including concepting, rapid iteration, and A/B testing against titles
- Collaborate on thumbnail strategy by aligning visuals with hooks, titles, and audience psychology
- Develop website visuals and landing page assets to support promotions, campaigns, and product launches
- Design retail and in-store materials including signage, displays, and sales collateral
- Create packaging and label designs, including print-ready dielines and production files
- Produce marketing collateral and branded materials such as sell sheets, flyers, coupons, and instructional guides
- Build and maintain product mockups and visual asset libraries for use across digital and retail platforms
- Ensure brand consistency and high visual standards across all customer touchpoints
- Organize and manage design files, templates, and asset systems for internal team use
- Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and leadership to bring campaigns to life
- Execute quickly and effectively in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment
What We’re Looking For
- Strong portfolio demonstrating conversion-focused design, not just aesthetics
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Ability to create clean, compelling layouts that communicate quickly and clearly
- Understanding of basic marketing principles (hierarchy, messaging, CTA placement, etc.)
- Experience with print production and packaging design
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working on multiple projects with shifting priorities
- Self-starter who can take direction but also bring ideas to the table
Bonus Points
- Experience in food, BBQ or lifestyle brands
- Familiarity with video or motion graphics (After Effects, Premiere)
- Experience with product photography or retouching
- Understanding of A/B testing
- Experience using AI tools in design workflows
