Christian has enjoyed being a Realtor for over 6 years, during which he has sold over $50M in residential Real Estate in NE Ohio, spoken to audiences of 1000 people, and consistently dedicated himself to personal growth and professional development. We are a small but supercharged team consisting of Christian and one highly skilled, knowledgeable administrative support professional.

Responsibilities
Client Service
- Guide buyers and sellers through the real estate process from initial consultation through closing
- Conduct property showings, listing presentations, and client consultations
- Provide market knowledge and professional advice to help clients make informed decisions
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout every stage of the transaction
- Follow up with incoming leads and client opportunities in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain consistent communication with prospects and clients
- Track conversations, notes, and follow-up within the team CRM system
- Build and maintain relationships to generate repeat and referral business
- Participate in team lead generation and prospecting activities
- Work toward personal production goals and growth within the team
- Work closely with the team’s transaction coordinator to ensure contracts and documentation are completed accurately and on time
- Stay engaged with clients throughout the transaction process to ensure a smooth experience
- Attend team meetings, coaching sessions, and training opportunities
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a high level of professionalism and service
- Contribute to a positive, growth-focused team culture
- Must have a valid Real Estate License
- Organized and manages time effectively

- Past sales experience is preferred
