We’re looking for motivated full-time Realtors within 30 minutes of our Belden office who are ready to take their careers to the next level with a steady income and unmatched support. Responsibilities
Work with buyers and sellers to facilitate seamless real estate transactions
Leverage company-provided leads and in-house services to maximize sales potential (no cold calling required)
Use our 6,000 sq. ft. Class A office with three conference rooms, front desk reception, and lots of workspace to meet with clients and the team
Partner with our full-time closing coordinator to efficiently process transactions
Work with our full-time marketing coordinator to enhance promotions and grow your personal brand
Participate in in-person training and shadowing to continuously refine skills (no webinars, videos, or classroom-style learning)
Maintain a high level of professionalism while representing a trusted name in the community for nearly 30 years
Qualifications
- Active real estate license (or willingness to obtain one)
- Full-time availability
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team while managing independent transactions
- Growth-oriented mindset with a drive for success in a competitive market
