Compensation

Responsibilities
- Build rapport with potential customers by employing strong communication and interpersonal tactics throughout their vehicle selection
- Maintain an up-to-date customer database to drive current and future automotive sales
- Serve as an expert in new and used cars’ performance and key differences to thoroughly answer all customer questions
- Greet and assist customers entering the showroom floor to present a professional environment that supports automotive sales
- Present used and new cars through test drives, demonstrations, and dealership walk-throughs
- Uphold customer satisfaction standards throughout the sales negotiation process to honor dealership policies
- Strong time management, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills are a must to uphold customer satisfaction
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred; high school diploma or GED equivalent mandatory
- Must have a valid state-issued driver’s license and clean driving record
