Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of telemarketing representatives responsible for outbound prospecting and lead qualification
- Oversee daily call activity, ensuring compliance with scripts, quality standards, and company policies
- Develop and refine calling strategies to generate high‑quality prospects for transfer to loan officers
- Monitor key performance metrics, including call volume, contact rate, transfer rate, and conversion quality
- Train team members on communication skills, objection handling, and lead qualification criteria
- Collaborate closely with loan officers and sales leadership to align prospecting efforts with business goals
- Conduct regular call monitoring, feedback sessions, and performance reviews to drive continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with TCPA, Do Not Call regulations, and internal compliance standards
- Manage schedules, attendance, and productivity to maximize coverage and results
- Prepare and present reports on team performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI
- Foster a positive, high‑energy team culture focused on accountability, growth, and results
- 1–3 years of experience in sales leadership, telemarketing management, or call center supervision
- Experience coaching or training sales teams (mortgage experience is a plus but not required)
- Strong communication, leadership, and motivational skills
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and turn insights into actionable coaching
- Comfortable leading a team in a high‑activity environment
