As a Mortgage Sales Manager, you will lead and manage a team of 4-6 new loan officers, driving them to achieve sales targets and ensuring their professional development. Your key responsibility is to guide your team in generating mortgage leads, pitching deals to clients, assisting your team through the lender conditions, and stepping in on closing those deals to maximize conversions.
You will mentor and train the loan officers, teaching them the fundamentals of mortgage products, sales techniques, and client relationship management. Your role will also include providing hands-on support during client interactions, leading negotiations, and ensuring each deal progresses smoothly from initiation to closure.
Compensation: $100,000 - $300,000 at plan yearly
