Enterprise Technology Architect – Salesforce & IT Strategy

About The Opportunity

We’re seeking a senior technology leader to drive strategic initiatives across a complex IT landscape, with a strong emphasis on Salesforce and modern enterprise platforms. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for an experienced architect or engineer who thrives at the intersection of systems strategy, cost management, and technical execution.

What You’ll Do

• Design and implement forward-thinking strategies to unify, secure, and optimize enterprise technology assets across multiple business units.
• Maintain an authoritative inventory of systems, configurations, and integrations, ensuring transparency and control over the technology ecosystem.
• Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and IT leadership to shape and deliver on key organizational objectives.
• Establish and enforce standards, patterns, and reference architectures across your domain to drive consistency and best practices.
• Create and review design artifacts to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles and long-term strategic direction.
• Lead updates of product standards, versions, and technical baselines across assigned technology domains.
• Drive disciplined portfolio management, balancing innovation with cost control and risk reduction.
• Direct the execution of technology roadmap initiatives from concept through delivery, championing adoption of best practices and industry standards.
• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate technology risks while communicating clear recommendations to stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to project managers, program leads, and senior leadership on technology strategy and investment decisions.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 10 years of progressive experience as a Salesforce Architect or Engineer with deep expertise in designing and implementing enterprise solutions.
• Proven ability to operate effectively within outsourced or hybrid IT environments, coordinating across multiple vendors and internal teams.
• Strong knowledge of both legacy and modern computing architectures, with a track record of managing technology transitions.
• Hands-on experience managing technology costs, optimizing spend, and aligning budgets with business priorities.
• Exposure to a broad range of technologies within a given domain, with the ability to evaluate and recommend the right tools for the job.
• At least 1 year of project management experience, demonstrating leadership in complex initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field—or equivalent professional experience delivering enterprise technology solutions.
