About The Role

What You’ll Do
- Gather, organize, and analyze financial data from multiple sources to uncover trends and support business planning.
- Prepare clear, visually engaging reports, charts, and dashboards for leadership review.
- Assist with variance analysis and forecasting of revenue and expenses.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports and presentations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand financial drivers and support process improvements.
- Support month-end and quarterly reporting activities with accuracy and timeliness.
- A proactive learner who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Detail-oriented with a natural curiosity for uncovering the “why” behind numbers.
- A confident communicator who can translate financial concepts into clear, actionable insights.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and eager to take ownership of assigned projects.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: Up to 2 years of professional experience in accounting or finance (internships or analyst roles preferred).
- Technical Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, formulas, and data visualization).
- Experience with Power BI or other data analytics tools is a plus.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Core Competencies:
- Analytical and critical-thinking abilities with a high degree of accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with financial reporting, accounting principles, and basic economic concepts.
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
