Field Project Manager
Location: Southwest Atlanta, Georgia
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7am to 4pm
Compensation: 46 to 50 dollars per hour

This role calls for a skilled project leader who can oversee active construction initiatives within a busy field environment. You will serve as the central coordinator for on site project activity, guiding teams, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring that fast moving work stays aligned with timelines, budgets, and quality expectations. The position is designed for someone who thrives in dynamic conditions and who brings a confident and organized approach to managing complex tasks.

This includes leading project definition discussions, aligning objectives with key partners, and shaping detailed work plans that outline milestones and performance expectations. You will coordinate day to day field execution, maintain accurate documentation, and provide steady communication regarding progress, risks, and resource needs.
This is an on site role that requires regular presence at active project locations. You must be comfortable coordinating work in person, assisting with physical project evaluations, and supporting ground level problem solving. Candidates must also have reliable access to a computer for interviews and project documentation, including tools that require spreadsheet use.

- Keep detailed records, reports, and notes for use by leadership and stakeholders
