Roles & Responsibilities: -
- Prepare conceptual to final cost estimates for commercial construction projects
- Review drawings/specs and perform quantity take-offs & bid preparation
- Coordinate with owners, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Evaluate vendor bids, conduct bid leveling & pre-bid meetings
- Support project planning, scheduling, and value engineering
Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
