Requirements:
- 3–5 years of commercial/government construction experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of construction processes, safety, and compliance standards
- Proficiency in MS Office; ability to learn project tools
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- QCM (Army Corps of Engineers) certification is a plus
- Valid Driver’s License & ability to pass government background check
Role Overview:
Responsible for on-site management of construction projects, including daily operations, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and ensuring safety, quality, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily site operations and supervise subcontractors/vendors
- Plan schedules, lookaheads, and ensure adherence to project timelines
- Coordinate with Project Managers, architects, and engineers
- Monitor quality control, safety standards, and regulatory compliance
- Conduct site inspections and manage permits/approvals
- Lead subcontractor meetings and resolve site issues/conflicts
- Maintain daily reports, project documentation, and site organization
- Support budgeting, bidding, and contract execution
- Manage multiple job sites when required
Work Conditions:
- Primarily on-site (indoor/outdoor) with physical activity required
- May involve lifting (up to 50 lbs), walking, climbing, and extended hours
Pay: $80,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
