Commercial Panel Estimator – Rainscreen Systems, Building Envelope, Bluebeam & Construction Estimating
Seeking an experienced Commercial Panel Estimator with 3 years of commercial construction estimating experience, specializing in architectural rainscreen systems, building envelope, and commercial façade projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates by reviewing construction drawings, performing quantity takeoffs, evaluating vendor quotations, calculating labor and material costs, and developing competitive bid proposals. Candidates should have strong experience with Bluebeam, On-Screen Takeoff, Microsoft Excel, commercial panel systems, ACM panels, terracotta, plate panels, subframing systems, and value engineering while collaborating with architects, general contractors, suppliers, and project managers throughout the preconstruction process.
Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
