- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CPM/PM tools preferred
- PMP certification is a plus
- Valid Driver’s License & ability to pass government background check
Work Conditions:
- Mix of office and on-site work; travel required

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple construction projects from initiation to completion
- Plan schedules, allocate resources, and track project progress
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Support bidding, estimating, and RFP processes
- Monitor budgets, billing, and subcontractor payments
- Handle change orders, contracts, and project documentation
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Lead client meetings and provide regular status updates
Pay: $90,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
