Dudley’s is looking for reliable, high-energy Expo / Runners to join our team. This is a hybrid support role that combines expo, food running, and bussing, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented restaurant environment and takes pride in keeping service running smoothly.

Position Summary

This role is responsible for supporting both FOH and BOH by ensuring food is delivered accurately and efficiently, tables are turned quickly, and the dining room remains clean and organized. You’ll be a key part of maintaining service flow during busy shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Work the expo line, assisting with organization, accuracy, and timing of food
• Run food from the kitchen to tables quickly and correctly
• Assist servers with table maintenance, including clearing and resetting tables
• Support bussing needs to ensure fast table turns
• Communicate clearly with kitchen staff, servers, and management
• Maintain cleanliness of service stations, expo area, and dining room
• Anticipate service needs during peak periods
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Perform opening, closing, and side work as assigned
  
  

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant experience preferred (expo, runner, or busser experience a plus)
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment
• Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
• Team-focused, positive attitude, and strong work ethic
• Ability to be on your feet and lift/move items throughout the shift
• Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
