We are seeking a personable, energetic, and reliable Window Cashier to join our team at Hotel Erwin.

This fast-casual falafel concept offers a quick, high-quality, and guest-focused experience, serving a

steady flow of locals and visitors in a vibrant Venice Beach setting. The Window Cashier is a key guest-

facing role, responsible for creating a welcoming, efficient, and memorable experience at the service

window.

We are looking for someone who brings great energy, strong attention to detail, and a hospitality-

driven mindset, especially in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous cashier and/or customer service experience required
• Strong cash-handling skills and attention to detail
• Friendly, outgoing, and guest-focused personality
• Ability to multitask and stay composed during busy periods
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and late nights (up to 2:00

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly, positive attitude and provide excellent customer service
• Accurately take orders and process payments (cash and card)
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient service window
• Communicate clearly with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery
• Handle cash responsibly and follow all cash-handling procedures
• Manage guest flow during high-volume periods with professionalism and urgency
• Assist with opening and closing duties as needed
