What You’ll Do
- Lead daily machine shop operations across shifts
- Oversee CNC mills, lathes, and manual machines
- Manage production schedules, workflow, and priorities
- Coach and develop machinists, operators, and supervisors
- Drive safety, quality, and continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
- 5 years in machining or manufacturing
- 3 years in a supervisor, manager, or lead role
- CNC setup or strong technical background

Required Education and Experience: High School diploma required; technical degree or bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial management preferred. |
