CMM Operator – Manitowoc Pattern & Machining (MP&M)

Due to an internal transfer, we are searching for a CMM Operator to join our Quality Assurance team in Manitowoc, WI. This is an exciting opportunity to join a small company atmosphere with large company benefits and great people.

What You’ll Do
- Perform inspection of production and vendor parts per customer specifications.
- Program and operate Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) using PC-DMIS.
- Conduct first article inspections, routine in-process dimensional checks, and troubleshoot measurement/programming issues.
- Work closely with operations and QA staff to ensure accurate, reliable, and timely results.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, safety compliance, and gage calibration.
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Hands-on machine shop experience
- Knowledge of CMM operation, GD&T, and blueprint reading
- A desire to learn, problem-solve, and work across teams
