JOB REQUIREMENTS: Read blueprints, schematics, diagrams, or technical
orders to determine methods and sequences of assembly. Install
electrical or electronic parts and hardware in housings or assemblies,
using soldering equipment and hand tools. Fabricate or assemble
mechanical, electrical, or electronic components or assemblies. Review
work orders and blueprints to ensure work is performed according to
specifications. Rotate through all the tasks required in a particular
production process. \*\*\*\*\* OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Core
Skills: Electrical Assembly: Read wiring diagrams, schematics, and BOMs
Assemble power components (rectifiers, DC-DC converters, relays,
contactors, fuses) Perform crimping, cable routing, harness builds, and
terminal torquing Follow low- and high-voltage safety practices
Mechanical Assembly: Assemble enclosures, brackets, frames, heatsinks,
fans, and mounting rails Use torque wrenches, drills, hand tools, and
calipers Mount PCBs, power modules, filters, and cooling systems Quality
& Testing: Perform continuity, insulation, and basic functional tests
Use multimeters and basic diagnostic tools Complete QA checklists and
documentation Safety: Follow PPE, ESD, LOTO, and electrical safety
procedures Adhere to OSHA/UL/IEC manufacturing guidelines Documentation
& Workflow: Follow SOPs and build instructions Update build logs and
report non-conformances Work with engineering, inventory, and QA teams
Soft Skills: Detail-oriented and methodical Good communication skills
Able to work in a structured, quota-based production environment
Requirements: Education: High School Diploma or GED required Technical
training in electronics, mechatronics, or industrial tech preferred
Experience: 13 years in electrical assembly, electronics production, or
industrial equipment assembly Experience with EV charging, UPS, solar
inverters, or HV DC equipment is a plus Physical Requirements: Lift 4050
lbs as needed Stand for extended periods Use calibrated tools and follow
torque specifications Preferred (Optional): Experience assembling HV DC
systems, HMI components, or cooling systems Familiarity with
