Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Restoration Lead Technician / Field Manager to oversee the quality, execution, and successful completion of fire, water, and mold restoration projects in Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin and the surrounding area.
Lead Technicians are responsible for ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and with the proper resources. In this role, you will work closely with Project Managers to coordinate job site operations, monitor project progress, and keep stakeholders informed while maintaining the company’s standards and vision.
This position is ideal for someone with restoration experience who is ready to step into a leadership role. High-performing individuals will have the opportunity to advance into a Project Manager position within an accelerated timeframe, taking on greater responsibility as they develop their leadership and operational skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee restoration projects to ensure they are completed according to scope, schedule, and company standards.
- Manage job site crews while maintaining quality control, efficiency, and profitability.
- Coordinate with Project Managers regarding scheduling and project progress.
- Maintain strong communication with customers, team members, and management.
- Identify safety hazards and ensure OSHA compliance and proper PPE usage.
- Ensure technicians accurately document job activities using company systems.
- Apply industry best practices throughout project execution.
- Train and mentor technicians on equipment usage and restoration procedures.
- Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company positively on job sites.
- Drive a company-provided vehicle to project locations as required
- Participate in a rotational on-call schedule.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Core Skills

- Knowledge of restoration software and tools including Microsoft Office, Encircle, Dynamics, and Xactimate.

Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in water and fire restoration preferred.
- Experience leading crews or supervising restoration projects.
- Proven ability to complete projects according to scope, budget, and schedule.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, CCT) are a plus.
