Role Description
This is a full-time, role for a Restoration Technician. The Restoration Technician will perform water damage restoration, mitigation tasks, and invasive species management across affected properties. Responsibilities include assessing damage, implementing restoration techniques, maintaining communication with team members and clients, and ensuring work aligns with established safety and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Water Damage and Water Damage Restoration processes
- Experience with Mitigation and Invasive Species management
- Strong Communication skills to coordinate with team members and clients effectively
- Attention to detail and ability to follow safety and regulatory guidelines
- Physical ability to perform manual tasks in a restoration environment
- Industry certifications such as IICRC (Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification) are a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; advanced training in restoration or related fields preferred
