We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our HR team. In this role, you will manage the full-cycle hiring process for our printed circuit board (PCB) manufacturing operations, helping attract and retain skilled talent across production, engineering, and support departments. This position is ideal for an individual who enjoys relationship-building, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in matching great people with great opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical, production, and administrative positions across plant and office teams.
- Partner with department leaders to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and candidate qualifications.
- Write and post job openings across multiple platforms (Indeed, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn, and trade-specific boards).
- Source candidates through databases, networking, social media, employee referrals, and local outreach.
- Screen applicants, conduct interviews, and coordinate logistics with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate records and requisitions in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) in compliance with ITAR and EEO requirements.
- Prepare and extend job offers, coordinate background checks, and assist with onboarding.
- Build and maintain an active candidate pipeline for ongoing and future staffing needs.
- Support community and career outreach programs, including job fairs and school partnerships.
- Collaborate with HR on employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- 4 years of recruiting experience, preferably within manufacturing, electronics, or industrial environments.
- Knowledge of technical and production roles such as technicians, operators, inspectors, engineers, and supervisors.
- Experience using ATS and HRIS systems (e.g., isolved, ADP, Workday).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport across all levels of the organization.
- Working knowledge of employment laws, ITAR regulations, and EEO compliance.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple openings and priorities.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a strong plus.
