We offer a collaborative environment where employees are supported, trained, and empowered to grow.Position SummaryThe Fabrication Operator is responsible for operating CNC fabrication equipment, performing panel setups, and converting production panels into precision-finished parts. This role ensures all products meet Winonics' quality, safety, and delivery requirements.Duties & Responsibilities:Operate multiple CNC machines simultaneously to fabricate low tolerance patterns (rout, milling, bevel)Independently perform complex and standard machine set upsLoad Fabrication programsAlign production panels to tooling pins on Fabrication machineVisually and mechanically inspect panelsMake required adjustmentsOperate chamfer, V-scoring machine and beveling machinesMaintain a safe, neat and organized workplaceWear all mandatory PPEJob Qualification:High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.Manufacturing experience required; PCB fabrication experience strongly preferred.Experience with CNC or automated manufacturing equipment is helpful.Ability to read, write, and communicate to perform job duties effectively.Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and production drawings.Strong manual dexterity, attention to detail, and good hand-eye coordination.Skilled in using measurement tools (scope, caliper, micrometer).Good math skills and basic computer skills.Ability to work in a team environment and willingness to cross-train.Ability to work overtime and weekends as required by production needs.Physical Requirements:Able to lift 25 pounds without strainingAble to stand throughout the entire shiftHourly Pay: $17 - $24 per hour Compensation is based on relevant experience, education, certifications, and specialized skills.BenefitsWinonics provides comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans, employee life and accidental death, and disability, provides paid time off and paid holidays.
