Job Title: Recruiter
Pay Rate: $36.27/hr on W2.
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days per week in office required)
Working Hours: Flexible between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Position Overview:
The MLO Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting of Retail Mortgage Loan Originators. Responsibilities include strategic sourcing (including passive candidates via cold calling), partnering with hiring leaders to understand key markets and staffing needs, and supporting leaders with all recruitment requests. Expected performance includes a minimum of 2 MLO leads submitted per week and 6 recruiter-sourced MLO hires per year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively source, assess, and recruit top talent, leveraging diverse sourcing channels.
- Manage the recruitment process efficiently and cost-effectively.
- Provide a positive candidate and hiring manager experience while maintaining a diverse talent pool.
- Utilize MS Office and other systems to support recruitment activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external candidates to meet hiring goals.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Proficiency with Phenom and Workday.
- Knowledge of talent acquisition processes, including sourcing and selection.
- Excellent customer service and project management skills.
- Marketing and recruitment networking abilities.
- Strong data analysis, presentation, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Intermediate computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office and ATS platforms.
Responsible for supporting business objectives through proactively sourcing, assessing, and recruiting top talent for positions, with limited assistance from outside agencies. Identifies candidates using a variety of sources and techniques while knowing the best channels to find and reach candidates in diverse talent pools. Drives recruiting process in a timely and cost effective manner. Demonstrates a proven commitment to provide a diverse talent pool, a positive experience for the hiring manager and candidate.
