About The Role
We're seeking an experienced CAM Engineer to prepare and optimize customer PCB data for manufacturing. You'll work closely with engineering, quality, and production teams to ensure every job is accurate, compliant, and ready for production.
What You'll Do
- Process jobs in Genesis or similar CAM software
- Review customer data, drawings, and purchase orders
- Create production tooling and documentation
- Generate drill, rout, and LDI outputs
- Validate specifications and ensure compliance with IPC standards
- Apply approved data modifications
- Support continuous improvement projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues
- 5 years of PCB manufacturing experience (CAM or related field)
- Proficiency with Genesis or equivalent CAM tools
- Knowledge of rigid, flex, and rigid-flex PCB technologies
- Familiarity with IPC standards (IPC-6012, IPC-6013, etc.)
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Must meet ITAR requirements (U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident)
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, or Manufacturing Technology
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., ProCim)
- Background in process improvement or Lean manufacturing
- Hourly Pay: $36 - $44, depending on experience
