What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cook / Dietary Aide position at WinnMed?
The Cook is a member of our Nutrition Services department . The Cook is responsible for preparation, cooking, dishing, delivering and packaging of meals for all customers; also responsible for operating cash register and dishwashing machine.
Varied shifts between 5 a.m. and 7 p.m. with weekend and holiday rotation.
$1,000 Retention Bonus available for .5 FTE or Greater (20 hours/week)
Open positions:
- 1.0 FTE (40 hours per week)
- PRN, as needed (flexible - up to 10 hours/week)
- High school degree or equivalent preferred.
- Courses in modified diets and quantity cooking, food safety and sanitation beneficial.
- Basic computer skills beneficial.
- Varied shifts between 5:00 a.m and 7:00 p.m. with weekend and holiday rotation
