Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service while managing front desk operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in various office software, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Greet and assist guests and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately and taking messages as needed.
- Perform data entry tasks, maintaining accurate records and files for Hotel management.
- Provide administrative hotel support including taking reservations , finding folio and handling customer complaint and questions.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide support with a focus on excellent customer service.
- Assist with clerical duties including learning computer programs and the ability to handle all situations that may arise.
- Ensure the front desk area is organized and presentable at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a front desk is preferred but is not necessary.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus to enhance communication with diverse clientele.
- Proficient in customer service skills.
- Strong computer skills with a focus on reservation entry accuracy and office management software experience.
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills are essential for this role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a busy environment.
