The Kitchen Manager needs the following experience and qualities:
- 3-5 years of BOH Management Experience
- Management experience must be in a full service restaurant or bar
- Experience running operations that are at least 3 million per year
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Computer knowledge (Excel, Windows, POS, etc)
- Ensures every guest has the complete Louie experience
- Creates a fun and rewarding atmosphere for all employees
- Dynamic personality with a strong passion for the hospitality industry
