Requirements
- 2 years of recent management experience in an Upscale Casual full service restaurant
- Ability to achieve food quality standards, service standards and financial goals
- Strong work ethic and long term commitment
- Polished and Professional
- Passion for Hospitality and Leadership with an Entrepreneurial spirit
- Outstanding Attitude!
- Ability to manage, develop and empower the entire restaurant staff
- Maintain uniform standards within company guidelines and initiatives
