Education
Qualifications
High school graduate or equivalent required. Two (2) years of technical or trade school preferred.
Experience
Must have experience in operating a variety of hand/power tools and equipment ensuring proper safety precautions. Knowledge of Life Safety Code and OSHA preferred.
Licensure
Must have valid driver’s license.

Maintenance Technician

The Full Time Maintenance Technician performs a variety of tasks, including:
- Painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and light HVAC.
- Test and inspections of physical plant equipment.
- Preventative maintenance and various janitorial duties with minimal supervision for the purpose of maintaining the facility for patients, staff and the public in a safe operating condition.
- Maintains preventative maintenance and resolves immediate operational and/or safety concerns.
