Call Center Representative

Training & Work Schedule (Includes Holidays & Weekends)

• Training Schedule:Monday - Friday from 8:30am - 5:30pm (3 weeks)
• Shifts Days: Tuesday -Saturday, or Sunday - Thursday.
• Shifts:10:00am-7:00pm,12:00pm - 9:00pm, 3:00pm - 12:00am, or 11:00pm - 8:00am

Accountable for

• Evaluate prospective client inquiries and phone calls, analyzing their case fit and making sure they feel seen and heard.
• Work with the firms intake management team to determine viability of potential cases.
• Be a closer, someone who can entice clients and relate to them and encourage them to sign on with our firm.
• Deliver customized, targeted sales strategies to ensure monthly goals are met.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years experience in sales, customer service, or call center.
• Strong communication skills required, including the ability to be empathetic yet persuasive.
• Ability to multi-task and type at least 40 wpm while speaking with potential clients.
• Competitive and motivated to surpass set goals.

Compensation

• $25.00 - $33.00 per hourdepending on experience, plus monthly bonus incentives
