The Opportunity
As our Demand Negotiator in our Personal Injury Pre-litigation department, you will have the opportunity to negotiate the largest wrongful death, TBI, catastrophic injury, and major orthopedic settlements achievable.
Accountable for
- Evaluate bodily injury claims through medical records and legal documentation.
- Assess potential exposure.
- Identify potential issues that will enhance case value.
- Analyze the cost-effectiveness of litigation versus settlement.
- Proactively pursue settlement strategies.
- Correspond with clients, providers, and insurance companies.
- Maintain accurate records and handle administrative responsibilities associated with processing case disbursement.
- Bring a team-oriented and positive attitude to our Los Angeles office.
- At least two years of experience negotiating bodily injury claims (plaintiff or defense).
- Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar preferred (not required).
- Ability to maintain professionalism while handling negotiations and communications with clients.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Type at least 40wpm.
- Able to maintain workflow by assuring prompt and accurate handling of assigned cases.
- $80,000 - $100,000 depending on experience
