What are the responsibilities and job description for the TN USX Technologist (US) position at Willis Knighton Health?
Willis-Knighton is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist to work in our Satellite Clinics. Under the supervision of the attending Physician, the Ultrasonographer must perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations for the subsequent evaluation and treatment of patients. The candidate must possess excellent ultrasound techniques to perform exams including OBGYN exams. The job responsibilities include but are not limited to: position and transfer of patients, selects proper technical factors on an individual basis, maintaining records of examination data and pertinent information on patients.
The candidate must be a graduate of an approved school of radiologist technology required by the American Registry of Radiological Technologist. ARDMS certification is required within a year of hire if candidate does not have a current certification or the candidate must have certification from ARRT.
