In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring safe and effective transfusion support by:

Performing advanced serological testing, including:

Blood typing

Antibody screening & identification

Antigen typing

Compatibility testing

Interpreting and evaluating test results with precision

Communicating with hospitals and healthcare providers to support optimal transfusion therapy

Maintaining accurate documentation in compliance with CLIA regulations

Participating in quality assurance and proficiency testing

Troubleshooting complex testing scenarios and equipment issues

Collaborating with internal laboratory teams across the organization

Salary : $30 - $35
