Position Summary
The Project Manager – Water Resources is responsible for leading the planning, design, and delivery of water supply, wastewater, and infrastructure projects for public agencies and utility clients. This role provides technical leadership and oversight across all project phases, ensuring regulatory compliance, quality standards, and efficient, sustainable outcomes that support long-term community needs.
The position involves managing multidisciplinary teams, overseeing project scope, schedules, and budgets, and delivering key project components including technical analyses, reports, plans, specifications, and cost estimates. The Project Manager also serves as a primary client contact, fostering strong relationships, coordinating with regulatory agencies, and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in civil or environmental engineering.
Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
10 years of experience in water/wastewater design and project engineering.
3 years of related project management and/or team leadership experience and training. Familiarity with technical modeling or design software (HEC-RAS, Civil 3D, etc.).
Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills. Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project).

Pay: $140,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
