What are the responsibilities and job description for the Class Instructor position at Willis Knighton Health?
The Candidate must be a Certified Group Exercise Instructor or have a Certification from a nationally recognized Aerobic Organization such as AFAA, NASM, SCW, or FITOUR. The Candidate must also have a current CPR certification. Class Instructors will need to be able to design exercise routines and workouts to suit all ages and abilities, choose appropriate music at the correct BPM level for the classes, and stay up to date with their Exercise and CPR Certifications. The Instructor needs to demonstrate appropriate verbal or visual cues when needed and use proper form during their classes. Needs to be able to access members and determine their individual needs for classes. The Candidate will be required to attend a hospital-wide New Employee Orientation upon hire.
