Our operations span manufacturing, distribution, and multi-channel fulfillment, requiring close coordination across production sites, 3PL partners, and transportation networks.
As part of an ongoing investment in operational excellence, we are expanding our finance capabilities to provide deeper visibility into supply chain cost, performance, and efficiency.
This role sits within the Supply Chain Finance team and is responsible for building financial visibility across logistics and distribution operations.
You will partner closely with supply chain, operations, and finance leadership to develop cost models, reporting, and analysis that support decision-making across transportation, warehousing, and fulfillment.
This is a hands-on analytical role with exposure to both financial planning and day-to-day operational performance.
Financial Analyst, Supply Chain Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain logistics cost models across parcel, LTL, FTL, and international transportation
- Analyze end-to-end supply chain costs, including inbound freight, warehousing, and outbound distribution
- Support network-level cost analysis, including plant-to-DC and DC-to-customer flows
- Evaluate 3PL and carrier performance, including cost, service levels, and contractual alignment
- Partner with operations to understand routing logic, lead times, and distribution strategy
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across logistics and supply chain spend
- Develop reporting and dashboards to provide visibility into cost, service, and operational KPIs
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvement across the network
Financial Analyst, Supply Chain Qualifications:
- 2-8 years of experience in financial analysis, cost analysis, or supply chain finance
- Exposure to logistics, distribution, or manufacturing environments
- Strong understanding of transportation and supply chain cost drivers
- Advanced Excel skills - ability to build models from scratch
- Experience with large datasets and operational reporting
- Familiarity with 3PLs, carriers, and vendor-managed logistics environments
- Understanding of transportation modes (parcel, LTL/FTL, international freight)
- Experience in CPG, manufacturing, or product-based environments preferred
Salary : $85,000 - $115,000
