We’re a venture-backed (Series B) technology company entering our next phase of growth. With under 200 employees, the product is already in market and gaining real traction across enterprise customers.
The company is investing in infrastructure, systems, and people to support that growth. Finance is a big part of that evolution.
Accounting Manager Position:
Reporting directly to the CFO, the Accounting Manager will own the core accounting function and help build the foundation as the company scales.
You will run the close, clean up what needs fixing, put real processes in place, and create a structure that can support audits, investor reporting, and continued growth.
Accounting Manager Responsibilities;
- Own day-to-day accounting across AR, AP, payroll, billing, and general ledger
- Lead month-end close and tighten timelines as the business scales
- Prepare financial reporting for internal leadership and investors
- Ensure GAAP compliance, including ASC 606 revenue recognition
- Drive audit readiness and manage external auditors and tax advisors
- Partner with the CFO on cash flow, forecasting, and operational visibility
- Build internal controls, accounting processes, and scalable systems
- Work cross-functionally with HR, Legal, and Operations
Accounting Manager Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5-7 years of experience, including experience in a B2B SaaS or tech environment
- Strong command of GAAP and ASC 606
- Experience owning or heavily supporting the close and improving processes
- Exposure to audits and building structure in a growing company
- Strong Excel skills and familiarity with modern accounting tools
- CPA is a plus, not required
Salary : $140,000 - $165,000
